# Refund & Cancellation Policy

At desifounder, we offer digital products and services, including but not limited to advertising placements, featured listings, sponsored content, premium subscriptions, promotional packages, and other digital services.

## 1. No Refunds for Digital Products and Services

All purchases made on desifounder are for digital products and services. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all payments are final and non-refundable once a purchase has been completed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

* Advertising placements
* Sponsored posts or content
* Featured listings
* Premium subscriptions
* Promotional packages
* Any other paid digital services offered on the platform

Users are encouraged to carefully review the details of a purchase before completing payment.

Refunds will not be issued due to dissatisfaction with campaign performance, including impressions, clicks, leads, conversions, engagement, sales, or other business outcomes.

## 2. Advertisement Review and Rejection

Desifounder reserves the right to review, approve, reject, remove, or suspend any advertisement, listing, sponsored content, or promotional material submitted to the platform.

Advertisements may be rejected if they:

* Violate applicable laws or regulations.
* Promote illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading products or services.
* Infringe intellectual property rights.
* Contain offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or inappropriate content.
* Conflict with desifounder's policies, values, or community standards.
* Pose potential legal, reputational, or security risks to the platform or its users.

## 3. Refunds for Rejected Advertisements

If an advertisement or promotional submission is rejected by desifounder before publication due to non-compliance with our policies, desifounder may, at its sole discretion, provide a full refund of the amount paid for that specific advertisement or service.

Refunds under this section apply only where the advertisement has not been published or delivered.

## 4. Published or Delivered Services

Once an advertisement, sponsored placement, featured listing, promotional campaign, or other paid service has been published, activated, delivered, or otherwise made available, it shall be deemed fulfilled and will not be eligible for a refund.

## 5. Technical Errors

In the event of duplicate charges, payment processing errors, or billing mistakes caused by desifounder or its payment providers, users may contact us for review. Verified billing errors may be corrected through a refund or account credit, as appropriate.

## 6. Cancellation of Future Services

Where recurring subscriptions or renewable services are offered, users may cancel future renewals at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges but will not entitle the user to a refund for services already provided during the current billing period.
