By purchasing or submitting any advertisement or sponsorship placement, you agree to comply with this policy, our [Terms & Conditions](https://help.desifounder.com/legal/terms-and-conditions), [Content Policies](https://help.desifounder.com/legal/content-policies), [Refund & **Cancellation Policy**](https://help.desifounder.com/legal/refund-and-cancellation-policy)**,** and any applicable laws and regulations. ## 1. Advertising Eligibility Advertisements must be lawful, accurate, and relevant to the interests of the desifounder community. We generally accept advertisements related to: * Startups and entrepreneurship * Software and technology products * Business services * Professional services * Educational resources * Events, conferences, and workshops * Investment, fundraising, and startup-related opportunities * Productivity, marketing, finance, and operational tools Acceptance of an advertisement is at the sole discretion of desifounder. ## 2. Prohibited Advertisements The following categories are prohibited and may be rejected or removed without notice: ### Illegal Activities * Illegal products or services * Fraudulent schemes * Counterfeit goods * Unlicensed financial activities ### Misleading or Deceptive Content * False claims * Fake testimonials or reviews * Manipulated statistics * Unrealistic guarantees or promises ### Harmful or Offensive Content * Hate speech * Harassment * Discriminatory content * Violence or threats * Adult or sexually explicit content ### Intellectual Property Violations * Unauthorized use of trademarks, logos, copyrighted content, or proprietary materials ### Privacy Violations * Collection or misuse of personal information without proper consent ### Restricted Categories Desifounder reserves the right to reject advertisements relating to: * Gambling or betting services * Tobacco or nicotine products * Recreational drugs * Weapons or firearms * Cryptocurrency projects deemed high-risk * Multi-level marketing schemes (MLM) * Get-rich-quick schemes * Political campaigns or political advertising * Any category that may pose legal, reputational, or community risks ## 3. Review and Approval All advertisements are subject to review and approval. Desifounder reserves the right to: * Approve or reject advertisements * Request modifications before publication * Remove advertisements after publication if concerns arise * Suspend campaigns that violate policies or applicable laws Approval of an advertisement does not imply endorsement of the advertiser, product, service, or claims being made. ## 4. Advertiser Responsibilities Advertisers are solely responsible for: * The accuracy of all claims and statements * Compliance with applicable laws and regulations * Obtaining necessary permissions, licenses, and rights * Ensuring advertisements do not infringe intellectual property rights * Maintaining functional landing pages and destinations Advertisers agree to indemnify and hold harmless desifounder from claims arising from their advertisements. ## 5. Sponsored Content Disclosure Desifounder may label certain placements as: * Sponsored * Advertisement * Partner Content * Featured Listing * Promotional Placement Such disclosures may be applied at our discretion to maintain transparency for users. ## 6. No Performance Guarantees Desifounder does not guarantee: * Impressions * Clicks * Leads * Signups * Sales * Revenue * User engagement * Investment opportunities * Business outcomes Advertising performance may vary based on audience, content quality, timing, market conditions, and numerous other factors beyond our control. Purchasing advertising inventory does not guarantee specific results. ## 7. Placement and Availability Advertisement placement, positioning, duration, and visibility may vary depending on: * Available inventory * Platform updates * User experience considerations * Technical limitations Desifounder reserves the right to adjust placements when necessary. ## 8. Refunds Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Advertisements rejected before publication due to policy violations may be eligible for a refund. Advertisements that have been published, delivered, activated, or otherwise fulfilled are generally not eligible for refunds. ## 9. Limitation of Liability Desifounder acts solely as a platform provider and does not endorse, verify, or guarantee advertiser claims. To the maximum extent permitted by law, desifounder shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, reputational, or financial damages arising from advertising campaigns, sponsored content, or promotional placements. ## 10. Policy Changes Desifounder may update this Advertising & Sponsorship Policy from time to time.
